All USA orders of $55+ ship free.  Unfortunately, We are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off to USPS. Please file a claim on the USPS website.

All sales are final. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 1 week if your order is defective or damaged. Contact us if you need to cancel your order. Orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours.

All jewelry is handmade . You may see imperfections- this makes each item unique. All items are carefully inspected before packing. Store jewelry in a cool, dry location. Avoid long exposures to heat or water. Handle with care to avoid scratching or bending. Polymer Clay is durable but please do not bend your earrings. Remove makeup or body oils with a soft baby wipe or cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol.
